Boasting a huge painting of royal astronomer, John Dee, on the wall and a delicious menu to boot, Monad has already made quite an impression in Belfast. Opened by Tamsin Harper, the brains behind Jumon and Cu, alongside award-winning chef Niall Duffy, this venue really knows how to bring modern European cuisine to life. Head inside, where you'll be met with a casual dining area, dark wood furnishings and open kitchen space.
As for the food, you'll certainly have plenty of elevated dishes to choose from. Whether you're plumping for a pork fillet with Tokyo turnip, potato croquettes and a pickled walnut garnish or Bailey's cheesecake, this hub is bound to hit the spot. Thirsty?
