Description
A must try for any Japanese food and drink lover, new KIBOU Japanese Kitchen & Bar promises to bring the taste of Tokyo to Solihull.
The restaurant comes from the same guys that created award-winning KIBOU in Cheltenham, which, over the years, has gained a cult following for its contemporary and tasty take on some of the most popular dishes in Japan.
Think heart-warming bowls of steaming ramen, made with pork, chicken or vegan broth, pillowy bao buns with a variety of fillings and freshly prepared katsu curry. There's also a huge selection of handmade to order sushi and sashimi, including their signature and much-talked-about Volcano Roll - salmon, avocado and tobiko futomaki, tempura fried all served with KIBOU house sauce.
Plus the restaurant has a gorgeously decadent standalone bar, where you can indulge in some pretty knockout Japanese-inspired cocktails and all the classics too. You'll also find some of the best names in Japanese whisky and a huge selection of sake and imported beers served both on tap and by the glass.
